Drs. Martin and Cruz attended the annual BCHJA gala to present the amateur equitation award in the 3' 0"-3' 3" division to Lisa Williams and the junior equitation award in the 3' 0"-3' 3" division to Stephanie Valdes.

The gala was very well organized and with an impressive attendance of 420. We at Paton and Martin would like to congratulate the BCHJA for a successful event and to all the recipients of this year awards. Specially we would like to congratulate Dawn Lafrance recipient of the volunteer of the year award, Cassandra Kahle recipient of the Carol McGill Junior sportsmanship award, Brent and Laura Balisky recipients of the Trainer of the Year Award, Luigi recipient of the 2009 grand prix horse of the year award owned by Andrea Strain, and the Team representing BC at the Jump Canada finals at the Royal Winter Fair integrated by Lauren Gue, Cassandra Kahle, Jessica Rooks and Sydney Tangye.

Well done and Congratulations to you all. We are all looking forward to continuing helping you and your horses accomplish your dreams.
